The international patient pathway has been carefully designed to ensure comfort, clarity, and smooth movement across all stages of treatment within an advanced medical environment.

Stage One: Initial Contact and Pre-Arrival Medical Assessment
The international patient journey begins by contacting the Patient Relations Department, where medical reports are received and reviewed by the specialized team. Coordination is carried out with the relevant consultants to provide an initial medical assessment and a clear treatment plan, including an explanation of available options, expected treatment duration, and next steps prior to travel.

This assessment aims to help patients make informed decisions based on accurate medical information before arriving in Jordan.

Stage Two: Planning and Travel Preparation
Once the treatment plan is approved, the Patient Relations team coordinates diagnostic tests and medical procedures to ensure reduced length of stay and avoidance of unnecessary delays. Patients are provided with the required medical and administrative instructions prior to travel, taking into consideration the needs of patients arriving from different countries, especially Arabic-speaking patients.
