The Department of Radiology at Arab Medical Center offers a comprehensive range of imaging services and advanced procedures to diagnose a wide variety of conditions. Our radiology specialists have expertise in virtually every imaging area, including abdominal imaging, breast imaging, neuroradiology, interventional and vascular radiology, musculoskeletal radiology and ultrasound. Additionally, the department has a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit and mobile x-ray and ultrasound machines which can be taken anywhere in the hospital to better accommodate less-mobile inpatients.
Our interventional radiologists are skilled in treating many conditions non-surgically with image guided injections, utilizing ultrasound and fluoroscopy.
The Radiology Department is open and available for testing 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. It is fully staffed Saturday-Thursday from 0800 to 1900 to schedule an appointment if non-urgent. The majority of the examinations are performed during normal office hours, and there is an in-house radiologist and technical staff available all the time for emergency procedures to provide a number imaging services including radiography, CT, MRI and ultrasound scans.
Interventional radiology services are available Saturday-Thursday from 08:00 am – 16:30 pm or any other time upon request.
